IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ARISE MEMBERS

• ARISE sends a Membership ID card to new members who complete the Membership Application online.

• The Membership ID card is sent as an attachment to an email using the email address given in the Membership Application.

• The email containing ARISE ID card also gives three personal identifiers unique to each member:

ARISE Member Number : Unique eight digit number
Username : The email address provided in the application form
Password : Unique 7-character randomly generated alphanumeric password

• The link “Membership Data Update” appearing on all pages of ARISE website allows members to update information provided in the Membership Application.

• When this link is activated, membership data changes can be made using a login page that requires the use of the above mentioned Username and Password.

• Members can change the given Password to a new Password of their choice. The new password must contain either numbers or letters. No other characters are allowed.

• Members can change their Username if their email address is changed. Remember that you login with the old email address to change it to the new email address. Once this is done, your new Username becomes your new email address.

In addition, ARISE sends by email periodic newsletters to its members giving information about new activities and announcements.

On a number of occasions, Membership ID cards and newsletters have not reached some ARISE members. An “Internet Mail Delivery Notification: Mail Delivery Has Failed” is returned to the ARISE email server.

All ARISE members who did not receive their Membership ID card or who are not receiving periodic newsletters are requested to send a notification email to ARISE at the email address:

info@arabrise.org

giving their full name as entered in the Membership Application stating that they did not receive their Membership ID card.

Upon receipt of the notification email, ARISE will resend the Membership ID card and the three personal identifiers.

NOTE
ARISE members who use online email services (such as hotmail, yahoo, aol, etc.) with limited mailbox space are kindly requested to clear their mail box allowing sufficient space for the reply by ARISE (about 50 KB is required for the email containing the Membership ID card and unique personal identifiers).
